Our 7- Day Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. Once the product is returned under our 7- Day Money Back policy, it would be checked for any tamper by the Quality control department (QC). The product will be acceptable in perfect condition with all the tags and protective material intact. Any product returned with any kind of wear and tear or with tampered tag will not be covered under this policy.
Note:- Customized and backorder product ( product we don’t have in stock and made after you willing to buy ) are not eligible for 7 day return policy.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
- For all other orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
LIFETIME EXCHANGE & BUY-BACK POLICY:
We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from us, within India. The product can be returned for buy- back or exchange on the basis of its current market value.
The value of the exchanged product after deductions will be credited to the bank account provided to us by the customer.
If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Jewellery returned shall go through the Quality control procedure in order to process the credit /refund as per the mentioned categories.
Diamond Jewellery :- The full labour charges and 15% of the billing amount will be deducted for Cheque/bank transfer.
Kundan Jewellery:- 75% of the value of jewellery {before Tax amount shown in invoice ( BILL)}
Gold Jewellery:- 100% of net gold value at current market rate
